Q: How do I Reheat my food?
Your meal is ready to heat and eat. It can be done in the packed container, or you can transfer to a microwave or oven safe dish. Remove any garnishes or fresh vegetables (like lettuce for tacos, or any cupped sauces [unless otherwise instructed]).

Q: What do I do with my containers, bags, and ice packs?
Our containers are recyclable! You can recycle the containers on your own, or you can wash and send the containers back in the bag the following week and we will recycle. Please place the ice packs and bags by your door for us to pick up for your next delivery.

Q: How do I pause deliveries or skip a week?
If you need to pause deliveries, we need to know by 11:59 PM via email on Friday following the release of the next week’s menu.
Tip: For optimal reheating of animal protein, reheat meat separately from grains and veggies.

Veggies and Grains: 1.5 - 2.5 Minutes on High Power
Times and Power level may vary depending on your wattage!

Transfer to an oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle your dish with water and cover with foil or an oven-safe lid. Reheat at 350°F for 12 - 15 minutes
